HOW TO LOVE: How to Love GOD’s WILL?

MEETUP WEEK #2 Format: TESTIMONY & SHARING

TRIAL, TRUTH, TRIUMPH

TODAY’S MAIN IDEA: All things work together for good, even though all things are not good. God equips us with everything good to do his will.

START THE CONVERSATION – QUESTIONS:

Tonight’s DC is about sharing our stories with one another, and ideally sharing something that the group doesn’t already know about you or your story.

SHARE THREE MINUTES

We ask that you share no longer than 3 Minutes, in order for all group members to have a chance to share. Everyone may not get a chance to share this month, but if that is the case, your DC leader will be sure to start with you next month.(You may want to have a time keeper – use your phone and gently remind or guide those who share when their time is up.)

 SHARE THREE ELEMENTS:

  • TRIAL

What happened – why you are going through this challenge, the cause, the background. PLEASE BE CONCISE.

  • TRUTH

Where did you meet God in this experience – how did God influence and touch you in this circumstance.

  • TRIUMPH

How did it end?  Please share the positive outcome of how God worked in this situation!!

This week’s Testimony FOCUS:

  • Current Anxieties (The scripture tells us to ‘not be anxious about anything’) – What are you anxious about?

  • Areas where the individual needs to REPENT or make AMENDS in. (Pastor Max shared about ‘pulling the red wagon’ of past hurts, mistakes, misfortunes, and misalignments) – What is it that you need to leave behind so that you can experience true freedom in God?
